Beef ratatouille

Add 500ml of water and bake in the oven covered at 180° C for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until well browned. During cooking check if additional water is needed.

MATERIALS

1kg beef in slices (about 5cm in length)  

25g Beef Marinade Dry (Art. 51007)

150g Hunter Sauce (Art. 55737)

200g Tomato Sauce Professional (Art. 55213)

300g bell peppers (green, yellow, red)

300g zucchinis

100g eggplants

2 tomatoes

80g olive oil

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Marinate the beef slices with Beef Marinade Dry, which you first hydrate with 40ml water and 40ml olive oil.
  2. Cut the vegetables into slices about 1cm thick. Mix the 2 sauces in a bowl.
  3. In a fireproof pan, pour 2/3 of the sauce and spread alternately the beef and vegetables. Finish with the remaining sauce and a little olive oil.
