Mediterranean chicken thighs

Bake in the oven at 170ο C for about 45 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Acropolis

Aegean Tomato

Sun-dried tomatoes

MATERIALS

1 ½ kg bone-in chicken thighs 

300g Aegean Tomato Sauce (Art. 55762)

20g Acropolis Seasoning (Art. 42882)

20g Sundried Tomatoes (Art. 50039)

150g gruyere cheese in cubes

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Bone the thighs leaving the bone on the edge of the leg.
  2. Season internally and externally with the Acropolis Seasoning.
  3. Stuff with a cube of gruyere cheese and a piece of sundried tomato.
  4. Tie with a string in 2-3 parts so as not to open.
  5. Pour the sauce on a fireproof tray and add the thighs on top.
