Oven-baked pork knuckles with potatoes

Bake covered for about 1 ½ hour at 180° C and for another 20 minutes uncovered.

YOU WILL NEED

Beer

Caramelized onion

MATERIALS

2-3 pork knuckles

150g Beer Marinade (Art. 50632)

200g Caramelized Onion (Art. 55129)

100g celery

100g carrots

1kg mini potatoes

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Bone the knuckles and open with a knife on the kitchen counter. Each knuckle make for 2 rolls.
  2. Cut the carrots and celery into sticks.
  3. In each piece of meat, baste inside few of the Marinade, add a spoonful of Caramelized Onion and few vegetable sticks.
  4. Tie in rolls and baste with the Marinade all around.
  5. Place the rolls in baking pan along with potatoes, which we have beforehand marinated with the Marinade and fresh rosemary.
