Cheddar Cream-Stuffed Chicken Roll

Cook  in a preheated oven at 170° C for about 50 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Chorizo Sausage

Cheddar sauce

Mustard

MATERIALS

1 whole chicken breast (about 700-800g)

300g chicken mince (thigh)

50g Mustard Marinade (Art. 50621)

200g Cheddar Sauce (Art. 55139)

15g Chorizo Sausage Seasoning (Art. 37007)

50g chorizo sausage in slices

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Place the chicken breast with the skin side down on the cutting board. Debone the chicken from the inner side and leave skin on.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken and the Chorizo Seasoning and knead well.
  3. Baste the inside part of the chicken with some of the Mustard Marinade and add the chorizo slices. On top apply the chicken mince and the Cheddar Sauce in the center. Roll up and tie the chicken breasts firmly with string.
  4. Baste the chicken roll with the rest of the Mustard Marinade and place on a fireproof tray.
