Chicken legs teriyaki

Κοπανάκια Teriyaki

Place in a pan upon a baking paper and sprinkle with a little of olive oil. Bake at 160ο C for 15 minutes and another 15 minutes at 180ο C until they get caramelized.

YOU WILL NEED

Gallina

Teriyaki

MATERIALS

1kg chicken legs (10-12pcs)

15g Seasoning Gallina (Art. 40022)

300g Teriyaki Sauce (Art.55405)

2 tbsps. roasted sesame seeds

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Make cuts with a knife into the chicken legs and season with the Gallina seasoning.
  2. Marinate in a bowl with the Teriyaki sauce.
  3. Place on the tray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
