Chicken pot pie

Pot pie με κοτόπουλο κρασάτο

Cook in the oven at 170° C for 50 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Acropolis

Hunter

Lemon-Pepper

Caramelized onion

MATERIALS

1kg chicken fillet (leg or breast)

150g Hunter Sauce (Art. 55737)

50g Caramelized Onion (Art. 55129)

15g Acropolis Seasoning (Art. 42882)

1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper Marinade (Art. 50627)

150g fresh peppers (chopped)

200g puff pastry sheet

 

* In this particular recipe we can use whatever kind of meat we want by adjusting the seasoning. We can also present this recipe in an oven dish without using pastry.

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and season with the Acropolis Seasoning. In a bowl, mix the meat with the Hunter Sauce, the Caramelized Onion and peppers.
  2. Pour the mixture into a clay dutch oven and cover it well with the pastry, creating a lid.
  3. Wrap around the edges well and decorate in any way you desire. For a better aesthetic result, and to prevent the pastry from drying out, apply a little Lemon Pepper Marinade using a brush.
