Chimichurri lemon chops

Bake at 170ο C for about 40 minutes, in the oven or grill.

YOU WILL NEED

Lemon-Pepper

Rub Chimichurri

MATERIALS

2-3 bone-in pork steaks (1kg pork neck steaks or ribeye)

40g Lemon Pepper Marinade (Art. 50627)

15g Meat Rub Chimichurri (Art. 51011)

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Prepare the steaks in a French cut, finishing the bone in each one, and marinate with the Lemon Pepper Marinade.
  2. Season with the Meat Rub Chimichurri on the entire surface of the meat and place in display window. Alternatively, you can season a whole piece of meat (3-4 steaks) to bake in the oven.
