Bake the meat in baking paper and aluminum foil, in preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until its core reaches 60° C. Then, uncover and continue the baking until it gets brown. In case it’s cut into single steaks, bake on the grill, a grill pan or make it sauté with butter.

YOU WILL NEED

Dry beef

Rub Coffee

MATERIALS

1 pc bone-out sirloin beef(app. 1,5kg)

50g Coffee Meat Rub (Art. 51013)

25g Beef Marinade Dry (Art. 51007)

40ml oil

40ml water

2 tbsp. mustard

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Prepare the Marinade according to the instructions. Add the mustard, mix well, and spread the mixture all over the surface of the meat. 
  2. Spread the Coffee Meat Rub using your hand so that it goes everywhere. Cut into steaks of 250g or place in your display window as is.
