Cut the chicken into large cubes and marinate in a bowl with the India Marinade. Add the Golden Rub and mix well.
Cut the vegetables and the pineapple to the size of the chicken pieces.
Pass the pieces of the chicken through metal skewers alternately with the vegetables and the pineapple. Use a brush to spread a small quantity of the Marinade to the entire surface of the kebabs and place to the display window.
