Cook at 170ο C for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.

YOU WILL NEED

Meat Skewer

MATERIALS

600g pork shoulder

10pcs lamb chops 

80g Meat Skewer Marinade (Art. 50635)

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

100g kefalotyri in cubes (hard, salty white cheese made from sheep milk)

1 ripe tomato in cubes

500g kourou dough or thin pizza dough

Some virgin olive oil

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Cut the pork into very small cubes.
  2. In a pan, mix all the ingredients, add the pork cubes and mix well.
  3. Place the dough on the workbench and cut either into round pieces with a 12cm-diameter cup cutter or into 8x8cm square pieces.
  4. Fill each dough piece with a spoonful of mixture and place a lamb rib in the center. Pull edges together to form a pouch. Tie with a string or chives to secure.
  5. Place on a tray and baste externally with some olive oil for better preservation.
