Mexican chicken kontosouvli

Bake on a grill over low heat or in the oven at 180° C for about half an hour.

MATERIALS

1kg boneless chicken thigh

60g Marinade Tex-mex (Art. 50640 CL)

2 large zucchini

2 large boiled corns

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Marinate the pieces of the thigh with the tex-mex marinade and close them in rolls as tightly as possible with the skin covering the meat.
  2. Cut the vegetables into slices about 1cm thick.
  3. Pass the pieces of chicken through metal or wooden skewers alternately with the vegetables.
