Mixed Brazilian Skewer

Grill over high heat. Alternatively, cover and bake in the oven at 170° C for about 2 hours. In the end uncover to get the desired colour.

BBQ Dry

Argentina

MATERIALS

1kg mutton leg (boneless)

1kg beef chuck roll or rib steak (boneless)

30g BBQ Dry Marinade (Art. 51003)

10g Argentina Seasoning (Ar.t 40069)

50g water

50g oil

Rib bones or a metal skewer

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Cut the meat into large pieces and put them in a deep pan.
  2. Prepare the BBQ Dry Marinade, by mixing it with the water and the oil. Add the meat and let it marinate.
  3. Pass the meat through the skewer or rib alternately (1 beef piece & 1 mutton piece), by keeping the fat on the outer side.
  4. Mix the Argentina Seasoning with a little oil and spread it on the surface of the meat.
