Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 20 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Combi Burger Herby

Meatball

MATERIALS

1kg mixed minced meat

100g Meatball Sauce (Art. 55740)

125g Combi Burger Herby (Art. 45586)

250g kasseri cheese grated (medium-hard yellow cheese, made from sheep milk)

100g pastirma

8 pcs pre-baked peinirli (boat-shaped Greek pizza dough)

250ml water

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. In a bowl combine the minced meat with the Combi Burger and the water and knead well.
  2. Spread by hand on each peinirli, a generous amount of minced meat mixture.
  3. Add a spoonful of the Meatball sauce, one slice of pastirma, whole or finely chopped and spread on top the graded cheese.
