Pork steaks with wine sauce

Cook in the oven for about 1 hour at 190° C.

YOU WILL NEED

BBQ Dry

Hunter

MATERIALS

1kg pork steaks on the bone (2-3 pcs)

20g Dry BBQ Marinade (Art. 51003)

300g Hunter Sauce (Art. 55737)

50g chopped red bell pepper

200g mushrooms (sliced)

40g olive oil

40g water

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Mix the Dry BBQ Marinade with the water and olive oil. Marinate the steaks.
  2. Pour the Hunter Sauce in a fireproof dish. Add the mushrooms on top.
  3. Place the steaks and finish the dish with the bell pepper. Optionally, garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme.
