Cover the meat and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cover and continue for another 15 minutes until brown. Alternatively, cook in a saucepan for about 1 hour, adding water if necessary.

YOU WILL NEED

Olympos

Sweet Pepper

MATERIALS

1kg pork leg (cut into large cubes)

15g Olympos Seasoning (Art. 40606)

100g Sweet Pepper Sauce (Art. 55758)

A little olive oil

100g celery

200g carrots

150g celery root

200g zucchini

150g eggplants

1tbsp. olive oil

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Season the pork with the Olympos Seasoning and add a little olive oil.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into large pieces.
  3. In a fireproof dish, pour the Sweet Pepper Sauce. Place the vegetables and the pork on top.
