Roast chicken with okra

Add 1 glass of water, cover the food and cook at  180° C for 50 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for additional 10 minutes, adding water if necessary.

YOU WILL NEED

Acropolis

Spicy sausage sauce

MATERIALS

1kg chicken legs

15g Acropolis Seasoning (Art. 42882)

300ml Spicy Sausage Sauce (Spetzofai) (Art. 55750)

500g frozen okra

200g carrot (cut into cubes)

1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)

A little olive oil

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Season the chicken with the Acropolis Seasoning and olive oil.
  2. Mix the Spetzofai sauce with the okra and the carrot. Pour the mixture in a fireproof dish.
  3. Place the chicken legs on top and sprinkle with the parsley.
