Roasted Festive Pumpkin

Bake covered in preheated oven at 180o C for about 1 hour (or until the pumpkin is soft). Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Festive stuffing

Rub Golden

MATERIALS

700g chicken leg fillet

400g Rice & Herbs Filling (Art. 55068)

20g Golden Rub (Art. 51012)

80g grated kefalotyri

80g Lefkada salami in small cubes

2 small pumpkins

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

2 tbsp. gooseberry or pomegranate pearls

A little salt

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Cut the pumpkins in halves and empty a little of their flesh with a spoon.
  2. Finely chop the chicken fillet and season with the Golden Rub and salt.
  3. Mix the Rice & Herbs Filling with the salami, the cheese, the chicken and the parsley.
  4. Stuff the pumpkins and place in a fireproof dish. Decorate with gooseberry.
