Rooster stew

Cover the food and bake at 180° C for 90 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

YOU WILL NEED

Lemon pepper

Tomato Professional

Forest

Gold

MATERIALS

1 rooster (about 2kg cut in large pieces)

70g Gold Marinade (Art. 50623)

200g Professional Tomato Sauce (Art. 55213)

100g Forest Sauce (Art. 55743)

1 tbsp. Lemon-Pepper (Art. 100595)

500g pearl onions (fresh or frozen)

200g carrot (diced)

2 bay leaves

 

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Marinate the rooster in the Gold Marinade.
  2. Mix the Forest Sauce and the Professional Tomato Sauce with the onions. Add the bay leaves, the carrots and pour in a fireproof deep pan.
  3. Place the meat on top and sprinkle with a little Lemmon-Pepper.
