Stuffed meatballs

Bake in the oven at 180° C for 20-25 minutes. Alternatively, on a very low heat on the grill turning the meatballs regularly.

YOU WILL NEED

Gold

Combi Mexico

Caramelized onion

MATERIALS

1kg chicken ground meat

125g Combi Mexico (Art. 45535)

250g Caramelized Onion (Art. 55129)

2 tbsps. Marinade Gold (Art. 50623) for rubbing

150g water

15-20 bacon slices

200g cheddar cheese

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Hydrate the Combi mix with water, add the minced meat and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes. Shape large meatballs 70-80g each, then fill each one with a cube of cheese and a spoonful of caramelized onion.
  3. Wrap each meatball with one or two slices of bacon, spread with the Marinade Gold and place on a tray or in a fireproof dish.
