Sweet and sour chicken curry

In a pan with a little bit of oil, sauté over high heat, stirring constantly for about 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 180° C for about 15 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Sweet and sour curry

Soy less salt

Rub Golden

MATERIALS

1kg chicken fillet

250g Sweet and Sour Curry Sauce (Art. 55042)

50g Soy Sauce less salt (Art. 55731)

10g Meat Rub Golden (Art. 51012)

1/3 bunch fresh onion

2 tbsps. fresh coriander

50ml coconut milk

200g red peppers

100g carrot

100g green pepper or green asparagus

1 tbsp. black sesame seeds

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Cut the chicken and the vegetables into strips and mix in a bowl with the Meat Rub Golden and the Soy Sauce. Place on a serving tray.

  2. Mix theSweet and Sour Curry Sauce with the coconut milk and pour it over the mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped coriander.
