In a pan with a little bit of oil, sauté over high heat, stirring constantly for about 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 180° C for about 15 minutes.
1kg chicken fillet
250g Sweet and Sour Curry Sauce (Art. 55042)
50g Soy Sauce less salt (Art. 55731)
10g Meat Rub Golden (Art. 51012)
1/3 bunch fresh onion
2 tbsps. fresh coriander
50ml coconut milk
200g red peppers
100g carrot
100g green pepper or green asparagus
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
Cut the chicken and the vegetables into strips and mix in a bowl with the Meat Rub Golden and the Soy Sauce. Place on a serving tray.
Mix theSweet and Sour Curry Sauce with the coconut milk and pour it over the mixture. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped coriander.
