Sweet and spicy Thai beef

Cook on very high heat in a pan with a little bit of oil (stir fry) until the mixture glazes. Alternatively, in an ovenware at 180° C for about 20 minutes.

Sweet chili Thai

MATERIALS

1kg beef in thin strips

300g Sweet Chili Τhai (Art. 55080)

15g Cajun Spice (Art. 42897)

250g tricolor peppers

2 tbsps fresh coriander

200g pineapple

1 tbsp. sesame oil

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Season the beef with the Cajun Spice and add the sauce and the pineapple cut into sticks.
  2. Lay on a tray, add the chopped peppers and the coriander on top and flavor with sesame oil.
