MATERIALS

1kg minced chicken

100g Combi for Chicken Burger (Art. 45577CL)

20g Coffee Meat Rub (Art. 51013)

350g Tomato and Basil Spread (Art. 55503-2)

200g Christmas Stuffing (Art. 55015)

15 savory tarts

100g water

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Moisten the water with the Combi, add the minced meat, 2/3 of the Coffee Rub and knead.
  2. Divide the stuffing by 1 tablespoon in each tart and evenly the minced meat mixture.
  3. With a pastry bag, put the Tomato and Basil Spread on the tartlets and sprinkle with the rest of the Coffee Rub.
