Turkey with crispy puff pastry and sweet filling

Bake in preheated oven at 170o C for 60 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Mustard

Christmas stuffing

MATERIALS

1 pc. turkey fillet (about 1kg)

60g Mustard Marinade (Art. 50621)

200g Christmas Stuffing (Art. 55015)

50g kefalotyri

1 tbsp. of pistachios, pine nuts, raisins, cranberries, thyme

300g puff pastry

IMPLEMENTATION
  1. Spread the nut mix on the workbench.
  2. Place the puff pastry on top and press with a rolling pin so that the nuts stick to it.
  3. Open the turkey fillet and marinate inside with half of the Mustard Marinade.
  4. Stuff with the Christmas Stuffing, in which you have previously mixed the grated kefalotyri. Close tightly in a roll.
  5. Baste with the rest of the Marinade and wrap with the puff pastry.
