Veal teriyaki wok

Μοσχάρι teriyaki

Cook with a little bit of olive oil on very high heat in a wok or non-stick pan or alternatively in a non-stick pan in the oven at 180° C for 15-20 minutes.

YOU WILL NEED

Teriyaki

Dry beef

MATERIALS

1kg beef in thin stips (sirloin or other fillet)

300g Teriyaki (Art. 55405)

25g Beef Marinade Dry (Art. 51007)

40ml water

40ml sunflower oil

150g broccoli

150g peas

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 tbsp. fresh coriander

1 tbsp. fresh onion

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. Mix the dry beef marinade with water and oil and add the beef to marinate.
  2. Once the marinade is absorbed, pour over the teriyaki sauce and add in pieces the broccoli and the peas.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped aromatics and place in your display window.
