Vegetable Lasagna

Cover the lasagna with foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the desired crust is formed.

YOU WILL NEED

Arrabiata

Vegetable stuffing

MATERIALS

1 pack of lasagna

450g Vegetable Filling (Art. 55012)

150g Arrabiata Sauce (Art. 55736)

150g vegetable cheese (grated)

100g cherry tomatoes (various colours)

A little fresh basil

A little fresh thyme

IMPLEMENTATION

  1. In a bowl, mix the Vegetable Filling with half quantity of the Arrabiata Sauce and a little chopped basil.
  2. In a fireproof dish, pour a little olive oil and spread a layer of lasagna.
  3. Use a spoon to spread evenly 1/4 of the vegetable and tomato mixture, on the lasagna.
  4. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and repeat the process 2-3 times.
  5. Lastly pour over the lasagna the rest of the Arrabbiata Sauce, add some water and garnish with the cherry tomatoes and the rest of the grated cheese.
