YOU WILL NEED

Cheddar sauce

Combi Beef Burger

Classic mayonnaise

BBQ Special

Pickles Relish

INGREDIENTS

1kg minced veal, roughly chopped

40g Combi Beef Burger (Art. 45562)

150g BBQ Special sauce (Art. 50636)

100g Mayonnaise (Art. 55085)

40g Sweet Pickle Relish (Art. 55070)

100g Cheddar Sauce (Art. 55139)

80ml of water

20ml of olive oil

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 onion, sliced

A few lettuce leaves

Ketchup

Buns for a burger

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Moisten the Combi Beef Burger with water, add the minced veal and the oil and knead.
  2. Make beefburgers of 150g and cook them on the grill at high heat.
  3. Toast the bread. Put Mayonnaise on the bottom, mixing it with Sweet Pickle Relish, ketchup, lettuce, onion, tomato, one of the beefburgers, the Cheddar Sauce, the second beefburger and close.
  4. Serve with freshly fried potatoes.
