Cover the food and cook in the oven at 180° C for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Uncover, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Alternatively, cook in a pot for about 2 hours. In both cases, add water if necessary.
Add 50-100g of water and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cover the food and bake at 180° C for 90 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cook in the oven for about 1 hour at 190° C.
Cover the meat and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cover and continue for another 15 minutes until brown. Alternatively, cook in a saucepan for about 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
