Mixture of stabilizers for the preparation of ham and high-yield bacon. For infusion of 30-35%. Ensures brine retention and improves product performance. It does not contain sodium nitrite.

Usage Rate

1% on the final product or 4.3kg / 100L brine for 30% yield or 3.85kg / 100L brine for 35% yield
