Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 20 minutes.
Lamb “Exohiko”
Simmer covered in oven for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 180° C. Uncover and continue for 10 more minutes, until well-browned. During cooking check if additional water is needed.
Mediterranean chicken thighs
Bake in the oven at 170ο C for about 45 minutes.
Stuffed zucchini
Add ½ glass of water and bake in the oven at 180° C, for about 40 minutes.
Beef ratatouille
Add 500ml of water and bake in the oven covered at 180° C for 1 1/2 hour. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until well browned. During cooking check if additional water is needed.
Veal ragu with caramelized onions
Cover the food and cook in the oven at 180° C for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Uncover, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Alternatively, cook in a pot for about 2 hours. In both cases, add water if necessary.
Roast chicken with okra
Add 1 glass of water, cover the food and cook at 180° C for 50 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for additional 10 minutes, adding water if necessary.
Pork stew
Cover the meat and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cover and continue for another 15 minutes until brown. Alternatively, cook in a saucepan for about 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
