Grill over high heat. Alternatively, cover and bake in the oven at 170° C for about 2 hours. In the end uncover to get the desired colour.

Cook in the oven at 170° C for 50 minutes.
Pork stew

Cover the meat and cook in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cover and continue for another 15 minutes until brown. Alternatively, cook in a saucepan for about 1 hour, adding water if necessary.
Oven-baked pork knuckles with potatoes

Bake covered for about 1 ½ hour at 180° C and for another 20 minutes uncovered.
Stuffed Lamb Shoulder

Cover the meat with parchment cooking paper and aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 170° C or in a dutch oven for about 2 hours. The last 10 minutes of baking, uncover the lamb to get the desired color.
Traditional Easter lamb twister

Place the twister in a pan with parchment cooking paper and bake at 180° C for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
Braised short ribs

Add 200g of water and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180° C. Cover the meat and continue, slow cooking for about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Occasionally check if you have to add water. Serve with mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms as a side dish.
Turkey fillet in butter sauce

Pour some white wine and bake at 170° C for 60 minutes. As a side dish we recommend rice with pine nuts and spring onion.
